Reduction will extend a trees life
This involves reducing the overall size of the tree's canopy by pruning the branches evenly throughout the crown. Crown reductions are necessary when the tree is too close to another structure or is too large for its location, to reduce the weight of otherwise dangerous limbs or even aesthetically for misshapen trees.
Crown reductions can correct unbalanced weight problems and later damage from deadwood, disease etc. and ensure healthy re-growth.
